The owner 'Jag' really knows his trade! It was really busy when I arrived. But he acknowledged me & lettuce me know that he'd be with me once it was my turn. I was REALLY impressed when it came to his skill level for multitasking. At one point, there were three callers on his business phone as well as myself & other customers inside the store. He handled it all very smoothly. If it was difficult for him, he sure didn't let on. He was extremely helpful in helping me dial in a plan to get an awesome sound system for my car! We talked about all the different parts that will ultimately combine to become one. He gave an upfront price & scheduled an appointment in one weeks time. I can't wait to see how it turns out! I just picked up my car from having two window tints replaced (another company installed them many years ago and they warped over time). I let Audio House know several times that they were to only replace two windows, which were obvious (the only two with air bubbles). Although the total cost ended up being a little higher than the initial estimate, I understood as there was additional labor involved (upfront they let me know this could happen depending on how the removal went). Much to my surprise when I picked up the car I found out they replaced five windows (not two) due to a staff communication error. They were calm and quick to state that no additional charge was due from me since it was their error. This was excellent customer service as it could have gone another way. I was referred to this company by a close friend and I am so happy they did! I was in need of replacing every single speaker in my car. My dealership was unable to service me and there were not a lot of recommended 3rd party options available to me until Audio House. I always do my due diligence before dedicating to a specific shop, but let me save you some time. Jag, the owner and his team will take care of you here. They have the best prices, cleanliness, and wire management, by FAR compared to any other shop. They explain everything thoroughly what entails in the installation process, the differences in other options (for me it was subwoofers and amps) and what can be considered “aftercare”. We had a wonderful experience at Audio house in Napa. We brought our 2006 SuperAir Nautique boat in to get a new sound system. Jag spent a lot of time with us and there was no pressure to buy the most expensive components. We priced out a similar system in Reno and for the same price, we would have purchased inferior components. We chose a WetSounds system with 10” tower speakers. The music sounds amazing so far, and we can’t wait to get it on the water and try it out. Jag even remembered us from 16 years ago when they put video in our SUV. Jag’s customer service is superb. He sent us progress photos, and there were no up-charges from the original bid. In fact he threw in some extras. Any additions he had to do he made sure to clear with us first. The wiring is cleanly done. Very impressive. We highly recommend this shop. ~ Jane E

Jag is a man of his word, my tint came with a lifetime warranty. So like everything else time wares out product. Everything eventually will fail. About 8 years after my window tint was installed. Jag replaced it all at no charge. And at that time his whole shop was busy making money to survive. I made an appointment and they replaced all my tint. It's brand new. I think he probably lost money on this job. But I respect a man of his word. The staff treated me like I was a new install. Knowing this job was free. It's a business that I hope thrives. The guy that runs it, Jag, is really knowledgeable and understands his stuff. I hear him talking about audio and he recommends great product and not any low end stuff. I went there for a tint job on my model Y. He did a great job recommending me the nano ceramic on “every” window. I said every, because I also did my windshield and long single piece panoramic roof. Great product and quality was delivered. Really hands down great tinters there. With nano ceramic 25% front windows and 35% rear and hatch. 50% windshield and roof. I really notice the difference with that product. I don’t feel the heat with the past 115 degree weather on my arm chillen on the door. I just feel the cool ac without it struggling. Get it done right the first time here at Napa Audio house , don’t forget the life time warranty of the product they use too. Just a little piece of mind ~ Richie V

I bought a JL fix 86 from jack who is the owner and he mailed it to me and I was going to have the car audio shop in my town put it in for me but they told me they couldn’t get it to work so I was worried that jack wouldn’t do me right by replacing it because I hadn’t ever done business with him in the past but I was so wrong. He did more than just replace it, he had his employee personally drive all the way to Ukiah which is 2 hours from Napa to drop it off without charging me anything extra, this shop is amazing and I will only be going through them with any further business to do with any car stereo I buy or have put in in the future, they’re an awesome honorable business. ~ Jordon B

Been going to AudioHouse since 2011. Jag first worked on my Eclipse before it became a ShowCar build. He had installed 42” TV in my back seat, two 12’s P3 Rockford Fosgates with Custom Box in the trunk, 14x5 inch TV visors in the front seat, & Wheel LED lights and much more to be listed. The jobs came out fantastic that I brought my 350z for a sound system installation & my lancer for window tint. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and have had 2 personal vehicles done along with multiple friends also having work done and none have had a single issue. Jag only employs the best and the work shows that. If you hate people trying to up-sale an item and charge you insane amounts then you don’t have to worry about that here, Jag only sales you what you are willing to pay for and will even work with you on lowering the cost of something if you really want it. The quality of items offered here is unmatched, even their lowest quality speakers and subs are far superior to what you’ll find elsewhere for a higher price. This place is so customer oriented that by the second visit you’ll feel like you’ve been coming here all your life and you’ve known Jag for years. My antiquated aux plug tip broke off into the port on my car on a road trip through the area and after being quoted >$300 at the dealership and other audio places on the area turning me away, Cynthia told me to swing by and they’d take a look at it for me. Manny disassembled the port like a master and found the broken tip and tactfully removed it in less than 5 minutes! Then they wouldn’t even let me pay for it because it was so little of his time. Service like this is rare and reflects kind and generous people. May the generosity they extend to others return to them ten fold! ~ Jessica L

Wow these guys were amazing!! We were on a Harley road trip from Vancouver BC to San Fran CA and our new audio system in the Harley was acting up. After 2 days of this we stopped at the audio house in Napa. These guys came outside to greet us and asked how they could help. They asked about our trip and bent over backwards to make sure we were on our way with sound even though they were extremely busy. They helped trouble shoot and let us borrow the tools we needed to fix it also while doing a lot of the work themselves. They Theydid a great job and were amazing! We highly recommend!! ~ katie s

A friend of mine suggested this place. After speaking with Jag on the phone I drove out all the way from Daly City to install a new audio system, get my windows tinted, and to noise dampen my car. Even though the place looked very busy with costumers constantly coming in for different services, they were able to finish the work on my car within two days. They did a great job on all aspects that I was changing. Windows are tinted perfectly, the new speakers and subwoofer sound great and there is zero rattling with much less ambient noise in the car now. Jag, knowing I was coming from Daly City, even let me borrow his car to use as my daily driver while my car was in the shop. He will really help you and guide you through all the necessary steps to get your car to look and sound the way you want. Also he's a Niners fan and got some good stories to tell. Customer service here is great! Jag is very attentive to the client when they are in front of him. He is very positive, like his energy. My husband had his windows tinted on his Toyota Tacoma, our sons on his Nissan and now my Honda Accord just got done, looks bad a**! I got windows tinted & had an amp w/some speakers, put in. My experience here was great. They consulted with me about how I wanted my windows to be tinted. The front side windows are slightly lighter than the rear passenger and rear window. They showed me how it would look so I knew what to expect. We agreed on a price and they did the work. There were no surprise charges when I picked up my car. They provided me with some excellent glass cleaner, too. I recommended them to my brother and he got his car done, as well. They are very knowledgable and confident in their abilities and were patient with me and all my questions. ~ amy h

They have the best products, are able to source hard to find items (these days that is very important) and have awesome installers. I've actually known Jag since Brian ran Audio Haus across Soscol in the mid-90s & I was Project Manager for Euser Landscape. Jagg is honest, trustworthy and he will do great, clean work on your car. I Trust him With all My alarm installs and any stereo/speaker/amp installation needs. His Shop knows how to wire properly, does clean work and won't leave your car a mess like other shops. all at excellent prices. Audio house is and always has been professionally run. They are polite even when extremely busy, which is always the past several years. They don’t try to upsell when you don’t want the most expensive. They show and explain the difference between systems to assess your needs. I have purchased 3 different stereo systems for my cars. I have memory problems and forget how to do different settings from time to time and they are always patient with me while showing me again how to set things. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
