I received completely personalized service as they guided me through the process of selecting the perfect sound system for my older vehicle. Maddie and Jag went above and beyond with their awesome customer service!! They even dropped off my keys to me at work after they were finished. I came back to learn how to use my Carplay/Android Auto and Jag sat in the car with me on a hot day and took the time to set it up and dial in my equalizer so everything sounds amazing!! The owner 'Jag' really knows his trade! It was really busy when I arrived. But he acknowledged me & lettuce me know that he'd be with me once it was my turn. I was REALLY impressed when it came to his skill level for multitasking. At one point, there were three callers on his business phone as well as myself & other customers inside the store. He handled it all very smoothly. If it was difficult for him, he sure didn't let on. He was extremely helpful in helping me dial in a plan to get an awesome sound system for my car! We talked about all the different parts that will ultimately combine to become one. He gave an upfront price & scheduled an appointment in one weeks time. I can't wait to see how it turns out! Audio house goes greatly above all expectations! They have high quality products in different price ranges that make it comfortable for any budget. I always do my due diligence before dedicating to a specific shop, but let me save you some time. Jag, the owner and his team will take care of you here. They have the best prices, cleanliness, and wire management, by FAR compared to any other shop. They explain everything thoroughly what entails in the installation process, the differences in other options (for me it was subwoofers and amps) and what can be considered “aftercare”.
