The owner 'Jag' really knows his trade! It was really busy when I arrived. But he acknowledged me & lettuce me know that he'd be with me once it was my turn. I was REALLY impressed when it came to his skill level for multitasking. At one point, there were three callers on his business phone as well as myself & other customers inside the store. He handled it all very smoothly. If it was difficult for him, he sure didn't let on. He was extremely helpful in helping me dial in a plan to get an awesome sound system for my car! We talked about all the different parts that will ultimately combine to become one. He gave an upfront price & scheduled an appointment in one weeks time. I can't wait to see how it turns out! I was referred to this company by a close friend and I am so happy they did! I was in need of replacing every single speaker in my car. My dealership was unable to service me and there were not a lot of recommended 3rd party options available to me until Audio House. Every single employee I interacted with was super polite, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and gave me a variety of options to choose from and I didn't feel pressured into going with the most expensive option. It has been many years since I have been able to listen to music with pure, crisp sound and no buzzing or rattling like I listened to with my previous speakers. 10/10, Gold star, 100%, A+! My mechanic recommended Audio House, and I am so grateful he did!! They are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I received completely personalized service as they guided me through the process of selecting the perfect sound system for my older vehicle. Maddie and Jag went above and beyond with their awesome customer service!! They even dropped off my keys to me at work after they were finished. I came back to learn how to use my Carplay/Android Auto and Jag sat in the car with me on a hot day and took the time to set it up and dial in my equalizer so everything sounds amazing!!
